Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp hemp seed
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 cup frozen mango cubes
  • 1 cup frozen kale
  • 1 banana
Instructions
  1. Pour hemp seed and water into blender.
  2. Blend until milk is made.
  3. Add the rest of ingredients.
  4. Blend until desired consistency.
  5. Enjoy!
