Mango Green Smoothie

- 2 tbsp hemp seed
- 1 cup water
- ¼ avocado
- 1 cup frozen mango cubes
- 1 cup frozen kale
- 1 banana
- Pour hemp seed and water into blender.
- Blend until milk is made.
- Add the rest of ingredients.
- Blend until desired consistency.
