Roasted Red Potatoes

- 2 lb red potatoes
- 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Chop potatoes into cubes
- Drizzle olive oil on top of potatoes
- Season with Italian seasoning and sea salt
- Cook in the oven at 450 degrees for 45 minutes
