Ingredients
  • 2 lb red potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
  1. Chop potatoes into cubes
  2. Drizzle olive oil on top of potatoes
  3. Season with Italian seasoning and sea salt
  4. Cook in the oven at 450 degrees for 45 minutes
