The workouts are designed to fit into a busy schedule, so you’ll need about 30-45 minutes, 3-4 times a week. The nutritional guidance is built to work with your lifestyle, making it easy to follow without extra stress.

Not at all! I guide you through each workout in the app. All you need to do is get a set of medium-difficult dumbbells and optionally get some resistance bands/yoga mat. You just need a small room to do these workouts! 

Yes! Many mamas in the program are nursing… myself included! I am very diligent in calculating your macros in a way that will protect your milk supply.

Nope! The workouts can be done at home or in the gym, so you’re free to choose what works best for you. I’ll provide modifications to fit the equipment you have on hand.
