What can you expect from this blog?

I am creating a space to bring awareness and to also be a resource for people wanting to know about nutrition, fitness, and health. There is so much information out there these days and so much is contradicting! The reason for this is because each person is different. There is no one-size fits all approach to nutrition. Each person has to decide what is the right approach for them, and not what is right for everybody else.

I am not here to pass judgement on anyone and we are not striving for perfection here. We are humans and no body is perfect (even though it may seem like some people are perfectly fit and perfectly healthy). Everybody has something going on in their lives, even if you can’t see it. I want to encourage you and give you what you need so you can make your own decisions. My goal is to provide information that is clear and easy to understand for people who are not in the health field.  I also want to throw out there that I am here to share what I have found to be true in real life and have experienced myself. I will point to the resources I have learned from and hope that you can learn from them too. I want this blog to be a place for people who may not know where to find help or just simply want to learn more about real nutrition.
