Hey, I’m Rebekah!

A dietitian, trainer, and a mom of 3 who’s been exactly where you are. After my first baby, I found myself struggling to feel like myself again. I was overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice out there, and the idea of working out 6 days a week or surviving on restrictive diets felt impossible with my busy life.

But through trial, error, and a lot of learning, I discovered a different way—one that actually worked for me. By simplifying fitness and nutrition, focusing on consistency over perfection, and tailoring my approach to fit my lifestyle, I lost 35 pounds after my second baby without giving up my favorite foods or sacrificing my precious time.

Now, I’ve taken everything I’ve learned and built it into this program to help other moms do the same. You don’t need to overhaul your entire life, eat chicken and broccoli forever, or squeeze in hours at the gym every week to see results. Absolutely not!! You can truly fit anything into your “puzzle” of macros for the day. Most clients rave about how they can still eat pizza, chocolate, and ice cream and still lose fat. 

As a mom, you have so much on your plate. I am one, so I relate! I have done all the experimenting for you and I show you exactly how to do this in a realistic way for moms who are busy.

If you do the work, show me your results within 14 days of enrolling, and you’re still not satisfied, I’ll gladly give you a refund for half of the total amount. Due to the nature of the course with instant downloads and weekly check-ins, I cannot refund for the first two weeks of the program.

It depends on when you join. I offer 4 live rounds per year. It is partially live ( live coaching calls during a live round). And there are 4 video modules that are pre-recorded. 

Not at all! I guide you through each workout in the app. All you need to do is get a set of medium-difficult dumbbells and optionally get some resistance bands/yoga mat. You just need a small room to do these workouts! 

Yes! Many mamas in the program are nursing… myself included! I am very diligent in calculating your macros in a way that will protect your milk supply.
