Ginger Berry Power Smoothie
To be honest, this smoothie was accidentally made. One night I didn’t want to make dinner, and I had all of these ingredients on hand so I just started to throw them into a blender. I tasted it, and it was DELICIOUS!! I decided I had to share it with the world. So, you’re welcome.
This smoothie is a power smoothie because it is full of NATURAL protein and NATURAL carbohydrates. 100% real food and no artificial ingredients. No bad protein powders here! I am dairy intolerant so I cannot use milk based protein powders (and most are full of additives and sugar anyways).

- 3 Tbsp hemp seed
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 1 cup spinach
- ½ cup kale
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1-2 Tbsp collagen powder
- 2 tsp ginger
- Mix all ingredients into blender starting with liquids
- Blend until smooth!
