Spaghetti is easily one of the quickest and simplest meals to make. And it’s also one that can either be healthy or very very unhealthy and filled with sugar, additives, and other junk your body doesn’t need. If you follow my recommended brands, you will prepare they healthy version!

Spaghetti Night

Quick and easy spaghetti night for the whole family! Add a side-salad if desired to increase veggie intake!
Prep Time 5 mins


  • 1 package spaghetti noodles garafalo organic is a great brand
  • 1 lb ground beef grass-fed is best, 93% if want a lean option
  • pasta sauce RAOs marinara is a great brand with no junk added


  • Boil noodles until tender (~10 minutes)
  • Brown ground beef (add garlic salt or any seasonings desired)
  • Warm pasta sauce until hot
  • Drain ground beef and add to pasta sauce
  • Mix with noodles
