Easy Jasmine Rice
This jamine rice takes 20 minutes to cook and is super delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tbsp butter / ghee grass-fed is best
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 yellow onion optional
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup jasmine rice organic is best
Instructions
- Saute butter, oil, and garlic and diced onion for about 4 minutes
- Add dry rice and sauté another 4 minutes
- Pour in chicken broth
- Cover and let cook on low for about 20 minutes
