Easy Jasmine Rice

This jamine rice takes 20 minutes to cook and is super delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tbsp butter / ghee grass-fed is best
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 yellow onion optional
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup jasmine rice organic is best

Instructions
 

  • Saute butter, oil, and garlic and diced onion for about 4 minutes
  • Add dry rice and sauté another 4 minutes
  • Pour in chicken broth
  • Cover and let cook on low for about 20 minutes
